History of TDD

Since the launch of the Khadgar server, Nadiastorm has been with the following guilds

• Nov 2005 - Spirit 
• Nov 2005 - TheBlackRoses (GM)
• Feb 2006 - DarkStorm (GM)
• Sep 2006 - DUTY 
• Apr 2007 - Tuatha De Danann (GM)

The original friends from SPIRIT, TheBlackRoses, Darkstorm, and DUTY came to Tuatha Dé Danann.  Over the years of experience with different guilds, and learning new stages of guild management & developement.  TDD found that the main focus of this guild would be it's social foundation.  And some individuals of previous guilds, are now founders/officers of TDD.

Without a solid, and stable social environment, the guild was hard to manage and maintain.  We then adopted a policy of a "Casual Social Guide that Raids" where the "player" of a character was more important, than the "class" of what a player applied to the guild with.  We recruit applicants for the long term, and not just for a raiding season, which is why you dont see us on a recruitment campain or any of the guild forums, or in any of the chat channels in the game.  We found that the type of player we want, are the ones that actively search us out, or are recommended to us by other guilds.

Since 2007 TDD has continued to develope it's guild rules and policies (through trial and error), to ensure that the main body of the guild remains consistantly stable. The guild is managed by 3 ladies and 3 gentleman, of varied ages and experiences.
