 Saturday the officers gathered together for a preliminary meeting before next weekend to pick up and tie up loose ends from this month.
Trivia joined the later half of the meeting and advised of issues that guild members had brought forward, and these where discussed at length.
The raid schedule will again be changed after our last meeting to accomidate the problems of organising a consitant progression from reset day to tuesday night. As stated in our last officer meeting, raiding will be reviewed monthly on organisation an direction. If you havent read it, please go and read it now. As it appears from the preliminary meeting, nobody seems to have read it.

Last night saw a very successful raid in ICC. As a TDD first, we took down the first 3 bosses (Lord Marrowgar, Lady Deathwhisper, and the Gunship) in one night. A couple of wipes through out the evening did not deter us, and it was brilliant to see every piece of shiny purple loot going to a good home for a main spec. It has been commented on this week, that when in a raid group, we don't always work completely as one unit, which I would agree with, and we could all point to one or more raids we've been to in recent weeks where this was the case. However, last night, it was one unit, not 10 individuals, and that is the key to success. This is something that we will improve on week by week as we work together and stick the core of TDD's Raiding, we don't raid 7 nights a week, we just take it seriously when we do :) |

TDD attempted to run a heroic TOTC10, after completing the weekly raid on Jaxx on normal mode.
It was a grand effort considering 2 offspec healers standing in along side a main spec, seeing is just about killing the first boss as the 2nd round of bosses appeared. There was a great team atmosphere, which has continued to develope and grow. We will return to Heroic TOTC10 next Tuesday, was decided and we cleared the rest of normal mode TOTC.
